How to Make a Warranty Claim
- 1.WhatsApp or call us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- 2.Bring the device to our store at Cookie House, Accra Road, 3rd Floor, Store 311, Nairobi.
- 3.Our technicians will inspect the device and confirm if the issue is covered under warranty.
- 4.If covered, the device will be repaired or replaced at no cost within the warranty period.
